Tackers
Tackers is a fun introductory, games-based sailing program for kids aged 7-12 yrs, delivered at recognised Tackers Centres, predominantly affiliated with sailing clubs. Kids don’t need any sailing experience to participate. All the equipment, including the boats, is provided.
There are three levels of the Tackers program

Step 1 Tackers 1- Having Fun |
Kids sail in pairs in small boats in Tackers 1 – Having Fun sailing. It’s a great way to meet new friends, and kids have the chance to sail with different kids in their group. Dates: Sat 17 Feb 2024 Sat 24 Feb 2024 Sat 02 Mar 2024 Time: 9.00am - 12.00pm Price: $150 |

Step 2 (Better Sailing) Tackers 2 - Tricks & Techniques |
The next level is Tackers 2 – Tricks & Techniques. Then, if kids are confident, they can sail a boat independently with lots of support, supervision and encouragement from the Instructor and Assistant Instructors. Dates: TBA Time: 9.00am - 12.00pm Price: $160 |
