Our versatile function room provides a relaxed and contemporary setting for celebrations, corporate events, meetings, weddings and special occasions. With flexible spaces, beautiful water views and a range of hire options, our venue can be tailored to suit your event.

Please note: Frankston Yacht Club is not affiliated with Olivers Hill Café or the pending restaurant upstairs.

THE VENUE & FACILITIES
Waterfront views and a flexible space for your event.
As you enter our main function room, you'll be greeted by sweeping views across Port Phillip Bay and the beautiful Frankston coastline.
Our venue comfortably accommodates up to 80 guests for a seated function or up to 120 guests for a stand-up or cocktail-style event.
The function room opens onto a private balcony that runs the length of the room, providing a wonderful outdoor space for guests to relax, enjoy the fresh air and take in the views throughout your event.

Private outdoor balcony
A spacious decking running the length of the function room, providing additional space for guests throughout your event.
Tables and seating
Eight large round tables, accommodating up to 10 guests per table, as well as cocktail tables.
Climate-controlled function room
A comfortable indoor environment suitable for events throughout the year.
Accessible venue
Wheelchair access is available for ease and accessibility.
Outdoor decking
A beautiful space for guests to step outside and enjoy the waterfront setting.
Kitchen and bar facilities
Access to our small kitchenette and bar area is available as part of your booking where applicable. Please note that our kitchen is not a commercial kitchen.
Smart Display TV
Available for presentations, slideshows, videos, entertainment and other event requirements.
Bar service
Professional bar staff are available at an additional cost, subject to availability.

ROOM HIRE ONLY
NO BAR SERVICE | MINIMUM 2 HOURS
Our room-only hire option is ideal for meetings, yoga sessions, personal development days, conferences, seminars, workshops and other events where bar service is not required.
A Frankston Yacht Club staff member will remain on-site throughout the duration of your booking.

ROOM HIRE
INC. BAR STAFF | MINIMUM 2 HOURS
Our bar-staffed package is ideal for celebrations, parties, weddings, corporate functions and other events where professional bar service is required.
Package includes:
- Function room hire
- Two bar staff
- One hour of setup time
- Cleaning fee
- Bar service throughout the event
- An additional 30 minutes at the conclusion of the function for pack-down and room reset, including tables and chairs

- For events with more than 80 guests, a third bar staff member is required at an additional $35.00 per hour, payable by the hirer.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Catering
Bar staff are not available to assist with catering requirements. If you require additional staff to support catering or event service, please contact us in advance and we can provide a personalised quote.
Setup & Pack-Down
Room hire with bar staff includes one hour of setup time. An additional 30 minutes at the conclusion of your function is allocated for pack-down, including tables, chairs and room reset.
Saturday Bookings
Saturday availability is limited during our sailing season, which runs from the beginning of October to the end of April. We recommend enquiring early if you are looking to secure a Saturday booking during this period.
Events We Do Not Accept
Please note that we do not accept bookings for:
- 16th birthday celebrations
- 18th birthday celebrations
- Bucks nights
- Hens nights
