Our club rooms are available for hire! Frankston Yacht Club offers a stunning venue with breathtaking views over Port Phillip Bay, located right on the foreshore. Whether you're planning an intimate celebration, a wedding, or a corporate event, our venue is designed to meet all your needs.

Please Note: Frankston Yacht Club is not affiliated with Olivers Hill Cafe or the pending restaurant upstairs.

Venue & Facilities

When you enter our main function room, you'll be captivated by the sweeping views and proximity to the waters of Port Phillip Bay. Our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 80 seated guests or 120 for stand-up functions.

Features include:

• Access to our bar service area, which opens onto a private balcony running the length of the room. This outdoor space provides a refreshing retreat during your event.
• Seating & Tables: 8 large round tables (seating up to 10 guests each) and cocktail tables.
• Climate-Controlled Space: For year-round comfort.
• Accessibility: Wheelchair access for ease of use.
• Outdoor Decking: Perfect for taking in the views.
• Kitchen/Bar Space: Note that this is not a commercial kitchen.
• Smart Display TV: Ideal for presentations or entertainment.
• Bar Staff (Optional): Available at an additional fee, subject to availability.

Note: Only members of Frankston Yacht Club can hire our function room. If you are not already a member, a $80 membership fee is payable and valid for 12 months.

Pricing

Room Hire Only (No Bar Service) – Minimum 2 Hours

Suitable for meetings, yoga sessions, personal deelopment days, confrences and seminars.

Please note a FYC staff member will be on-site throughout duration of booking.

Room Hire with Bar Staff – Minimum 2 Hours

Includes: Room hire, 2 bar staff, 1-hour setup, and cleaning fee. An extra 30 minutes will be charged at the end of a function for pack-down of tables, chair and room reset.

Bond: $500
GST Inclusive

Please note for events with more than 80 guests, a third bar staff member is required at an additional cost of $35.00 per hour, payable by the hirer.

Additional Notes

• Bar staff are not available to assist with any catering requirements. If you require additonal staff to support catering, please request a quote in advance. 
• Pricing includes 1 hour of room setup, bar staff throughout the event, and a cleaning fee. 
• Availability of Saturday bookings is limited during our sailing season, which runs from the beginning of October to the end of April.
• We do not accept bookings for 16th, 18th's nor bucks/hens nights.
